Defrost the mixed summer berries.
Break 2 Pink 'n' Whites into blender.
Add 300ml of skimmed milk.
Add 165g of mixed summer berries.
Add 50g low fat ice cream.
Close lid and blend for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are nicely blended together.
Pour milk shakes into glasses.
Finish with 25g of squirty cream.
To garnish, take some of the summer fruit juices and swirl into the low fat squirty cream and add a wafer to the side.
